Salon Owner & Director, Creative Hair Stylist & Advanced Beauty Therapist
Winning numerous prestigious industry awards, author of industry book ‘Open A Salon! Your Ultimate Guide’ and with over 30 years salon experience, you are in safe hands with Jo, our Sittingbourne in-house hair and beauty guru!
Her colouring knowledge and technical cutting skills produce sensational results on the salon floor with an extremely loyal and long standing clientele. She also heads up our training programme, ensuring the future generations share her knowledge and passion.
Jo has been incredibly excited by the launch of the ‘BONI-FACE’ expert range of premium hair and beauty products, which has been so well received and had incredible results.
Over and above all else Jo strives to ensure our core values of professionalism, passion and expertise are upheld everyday in the salon she treasures!

Olivia Boniface
Salon Co-Owner & Manager, Lash, Brow & Nail Technician, Hair Stylist and MUA
Olivia Boniface, our ‘Lash Princess’, is a perfectionist at everything she does! You will get lots of personality, fun and laughs thrown in with your appointment, as well as her superb technical skills and attention to detail.
With her passion for lashes, brows and make up taking up most of her appointments, her clients love her attention to detail and above all, great skill!
Olivia is also is a brilliant hair stylist. She loves creating beautiful hair: precision cutting, blended balayage and beautiful high-lights are tailored beautifully to her clients needs. Having trained with ‘Beauty Works’, she also offer hair extensions.
Keeping the salon running efficiently, devoting time to our social media and ensuring every client looks and feels their very best, means she is the busiest of the BONIFACE team!

Agga Tomaszewska
Senior Creative Hair Stylist & Colour Technician
You will love Agga’s smile and warm welcome! She has a love of people and a huge passion for everything relating to the hair industry. After arriving in the UK from her native Poland she soon found her home creating new and exciting looks as a master in every aspect of styling.
Her eye for detail and unrivalled talent have earned her a fiercely loyal client base, they all love Agga’s charisma, confidence and down to earth nature. You will feel completely at ease while she creates her classic or on trend looks to suit each individual client.
Agga is in the salon on Tuesday, Friday & Saturday.
Ami Lawes
Massage Therapist & Wellness Coach
Ami’s passion for massage comes from the benefits of the body & mind, as they are so intricately connected.
Leaving you relaxed, alleviating some symptoms of illness and helping with aches and pains is of utmost importance but it is also known to uplift your mood and psychological well-being.
Boniface is pleased to welcome Ami to the team as a motivated, results-oriented wellness and nutrition coach, you will feel the benefits of a targeted and personalised session with her.

Timm Hopkins-Stiller
Hair Stylist & Colour Technician
Having achieved incredible success within the hair and fashion industry, Timm is known for his professionalism, expertise and creativity.
Working in salons in Kent and London for many years he has a wealth of experience with all sorts of hair types, creating beautiful & elegant hair styles. Having trained with L’Oreal Professional he is happiest colouring; transforming hair from drab to fab!!!
Timm is in the salon on Wednesdays and Thursdays, customer happiness is his forte, but beware of his wicked sense of humour!
Tiffany Richardson
Hair Stylist
Having always been a people person, Tiffany goes out of her way to accommodate every clients needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service with the warmest of welcomes. Her charm and professional approach makes her a firm favourite with clients and the whole team!
She is trained in Balayage, Highlighting and other advanced colour techniques, but her cutting, styling, waves and hair up do’s are exquisite! She has established herself very quickly as a firm favourite with our clients and we are so glad that she joined us.
Harriet Lawes
Hair Senior Stylist, Colour Technician, Nail Technician & Brow Artist
Since joining Jo and her team at the tender age of 13, Harriet has shown true passion and creativity for the hair and beauty industry. Her excellent eye for colour and strong creative streak makes her one of our most in demand colourists in the salon. Her five years of experience show in the precision of her cutting technical ability… sharp, soft or curly styles… she’s the one to book with!
For a ‘Pampering Pedicure‘, ‘Beautiful Brows’ or a glossy ‘Gel Manicure‘, Harriet is your gal! She has already created a gorgeous portfolio of work! Harriet is the stylist to go to for a gorgeous up-do, beautiful highlights, baby-lights or a Nano-Keratin Blow Dry!
Donna Paine
Senior Creative Stylist & Colour Technician
With over 30 years of styling and colouring experience, Donna really is a fabulous asset to the Boniface team!
Full of fun and with a natural eye for creating the perfect style for each individual, she specialises in precision bobs, cute crops and pixie cuts. You are guaranteed to leave the salon feeling absolutely amazing after a session with Donna as she loves finishing her looks with glamorous blow dries and keeping her clients looking a million dollars!!!
Donna is in the salon on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Gayle Fitzgerald
Reflexologist
Gayle is a qualified reflexologist, having gained a Diploma in Professional Reflexology accredited by CPD and IAP.
A session with Gayle can reduce stress and anxiety, help eliminate toxins, boost your circulation, improve your immune system and assist the body to heal itself. The use of hot stones and massage combined with the pressure on the foot reflexes makes Gayle’s treatment even more effective and relaxing.
As a deeply spiritual person, Gayle has extensively researched the advantages of holistic treatments on both mental and physical well-being and a treatment with her will leave you ‘walking on air’ and feeling blissful!
